Lip Blush Top-Up
A lip blush top-up, sometimes referred to as a colour boost, is a follow-up appointment designed to refine, rebalance, or refresh pigment once the initial treatment has fully healed. Top-ups are part of the normal lip blush process and help ensure long-term balance and stability. Top-up appointments are available for clients who have previously had lip blush treatment at Castrelle Clinic.
What a Top-Up Is
A top-up allows adjustments to be made once the lips have healed and the pigment has settled. This may include refining tone, improving symmetry, or reinforcing areas where colour has softened during healing.
Top-ups are not intended to significantly change the original result, but to perfect and maintain it.
When a Top-Up Is Needed
A top-up is typically recommended:
After the initial lip blush treatment, once healing is complete
If pigment has faded unevenly
To maintain results over time
The timing of a top-up depends on individual healing and is discussed as part of your treatment plan.
