Castrelle Clinic provides aesthetic services, including lip blushing and cosmetic tattooing, that require your informed consent. This page outlines your responsibilities and what you agree to by proceeding with treatment.

1. Medical Information

You agree to:

• Disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, or skin sensitivities

• Inform us of any changes before each treatment

• Understand that failure to disclose may increase your risk

2. Nature of Treatment

You acknowledge that:

• Lip blushing and other treatments are semi-permanent and involve skin trauma

• There may be discomfort, swelling, bruising, or uneven results

• Results are not guaranteed and vary by individual

• A healing period is required, and multiple sessions may be necessary

3. Risks & Complications

While rare, you understand possible side effects include:

• Infection, allergic reaction, pigment migration, scarring, colour retention issues

• It is your responsibility to follow aftercare instructions to minimise risk

4. Photos & Consent

• Photos may be taken before and after for treatment records

• You can choose whether these are used for marketing

5. Contraindications

You must inform us if you:

• Are pregnant, breastfeeding, or undergoing medical treatments

• Have active cold sores, skin disorders, or blood conditions
  We reserve the right to refuse treatment on safety grounds.

6. Liability Waiver

By booking and attending treatment, you:

• Accept responsibility for your own health and wellbeing

• Release Castrelle Clinic from liability for outcomes within the informed risk profile
